Functional prototypes are assembled and put through rigorous testing -- including endurance cycling, temperature stress, aging tests, and real-door installation trials in our in-house testing laboratory. Issues are identified and resolved before production begins.

Tooling & Pre-Production

Precision molds and tooling are manufactured in-house or with vetted partners. Pilot production runs validate process parameters, assembly workflows, and quality checkpoints before full-scale manufacturing begins.
